Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Saaroma. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain language so they are easy to understand.
What Saaroma is
Saaroma is an AI-powered wellness companion app. It is not a medical service, therapy service, or crisis intervention service. It is a private space for reflection, journaling, and guided practice. Saaroma is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
Who can use Saaroma
You must be 18 or older to use Saaroma. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Saaroma to harm yourself or others
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the AI system
- Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately — do not rely on Saaroma
Subscription
Saaroma requires a paid subscription to access its features. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to Saaroma until that date.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price. Apple will send a reminder before annual renewal.
Price changes. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Refund policy
Saaroma is a software as a service (SaaS) product. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or change of mind.
If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
All payments are processed by Apple. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Limitation of liability
Saaroma is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about outcomes, mental health improvements, or the accuracy of AI responses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saaroma and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
